Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are processed within 1 to 2 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and follow the Return and Refund Policy. Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.
Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and usually reflect within 3 to 7 working days.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Asprime reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to product unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address details, or orders flagged as suspicious.
In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.
